The young lady that took our order tonight was ugly enough that I canceled because I didn't trust that my food wouldn't be tampered with.
Such ugly language and attitude.
I have been ordering takeout via Delivery for some years now. The food is tasty. The problem lately has been that the last few orders has been incorrect and when you call to inform them of the problem there is an attitude and the individual on the phone wants to make it the consumer problems. This has happened too many times for me. I don’t think that they value there customers because I don’t want to argue back and forth when I have a problem with my food especially when I’m paying for services. The last order made me sick because My order wasn’t taken right. What this business need to know is if someone ask for something not to be in their food it’s a reason. I’m extremely unhappy with there Services and after my recent phone conversation I’ll start looking for a different place to spend my money.

I have ordered food; mostly take out, 6 or 7 times and delighted in the food. The shrimp rolls are my wife's favorite. But, on our last order...I ordered the won ton special soup and the crab sticks that were in the soup had gone bad. I ate one and tried to suffer through the pungent rotten fish taste and odor...I fished the other pieces out and they were also bad. When you eat something that rotten, unfortunately you get sick. So all early morning I was quite ill. My wife and I were looking for a Chinese restaurant standard that never allowed this kind of thing to happen. We have now renewed our search as Tai Li is off the list. Word of advise. These fake crab sticks are the cheapest food on the planet next to plain rice...It's not worth losing a customer to try to stretch storing rotten fish food for too long. Also, use your nose on the food you cook with...Heed this warning: If it smells bad don't put it in people's food
I've never had a meal from Tai Li that wasn't delicious and prepared promptly. I wish I could eat there every day. I'd probably get fat because it's so tasty that I try to eat too much whenever I'm there and it's quite a lot of food, especially when you throw in some egg drop soup and dumplings.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I've eaten, dishes or services..
Although I was disappointed with the main dish I was very pleased with the rest of my order. I WILL try them again!
I have been ordering from Grand Garden, decided to give Tai Li a shot. Was suppose to get steamed rice with my meal. I did not! The main dish had a mixture of scallops and beaf. The beaf was old and the scallops were soso. I wasn't impressed!!!
How much do you have to order for delivery?

This restaurant serves excellent food at a very good price. I have eaten at this restaurant for the past 2 years. Service has always been excellent. The food has always been consistently excellent. James and Cherry always provide excellent friendly service.
Sent in online order, after 60 mins called and was told I would have it in 10 more mins. 20 mins later I called again and was told they never got my order and the online system was "for shit.". Apparently, if they are running a credit card, the never get the fax from the online system. The child (the managers don't speak very good English) who answered my first call apparently never bothered to look up my order, and just lied to get me off the phone. At no time was an apology offered, a discount, even an expedited new order promised. Frankly, I felt like I was clearly being told, WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS. The only thing we apparently agreed upon.

called after 45 min of no response and they said they would call me back.,no call back called again 30 min later and was told they could see order was made but could't see what order was and hung up..could they not have asked me what the order was?
